I am a computational biologist focused on the exciting fields of bioinformatics and systems biology. Besides these, I have experience in molecular, evolutionary and synthetic biology in addition to statistics, data analysis and computational sciences. My contribution to MycoSynVac starts with omic data integration and scientific software development and it ends with the formulation of the first comprehensive computational model of bacterial transcription. With this, we try to take a step forward towards the rational bioengineering driven by model design to predict the most efficient chassis with application in synthetic biology.
