Objectives:
1) Identify virulent factors in M. hyopneumoniae, M. gallisepticum and M. bovis.
2) Identify neutralizing protein epitopes in M. hyopneumoniae, M. gallisepticum and M. bovis.
3) Using the PepID technology identify structural and linear epitopes to be used for heterologous expression in M. pneumoniae chassis.
