Objectives: 1) Development of M. hyopneumoniae vaccine based on cells grown on serum-free medium. 2) Take into development of a M. hyopneumoniae vaccine based on M. pneumoniae chassis. 3) Take into development of a M. bovis vaccine based on M. pneumoniae chassis.
